The Sentosa SA BCR-ABL minor Quantitative RT-PCR Test is a single-plex, real-time PCR based test. This test is intended for research use only for nucleic acid extraction from peripheral blood samples on the Sentosa SX101 automatic extraction and pipetting system, with the Sentosa SX Total RNA Kit and the Rotor-Gene^® Q MDx 5plex HRM instrument for rapid quantitation of BCR-ABL minor fusion gene transcripts in samples with BCR-ABL minor with e1-a2 fusion gene transcripts.
