Sentosa® SX Total RNA Kit
Magnetic beads-based total RNA extraction from human peripheral blood samples
The Sentosa SX Total RNA Kit provides reagents for automated purification of total RNA on the Sentosa SX101 instrument. The kit can be used to purify total RNA from peripheral blood specimens.
The kit allows total RNA purification from 8 to 16 peripheral blood samples per run. After purification on the Sentosa SX101 instrument, total RNA can be detected using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on the Rotor-Gene Q MDx 5plex HRM instrument, along with Sentosa SA RT-PCR Tests.
The Sentosa SX Total RNA Kit is used for magnetic beads-based total RNA extraction from human peripheral blood samples on the Sentosa SX101 instrument. The kit is intended for in vitro diagnostic use.
