Magnetic beads-based nucleic acid extraction from virus in biological specimens
The Sentosa SX FLEXtraction Kit (96) provides reagents for the automated extraction of nucleic acid on the Sentosa SX101 instrument. The kit can be used to extract nucleic acid from a broad range of viruses. However, performance characteristics have not been established for every viral species.
The kit allows nucleic acid extraction up to 96 tests. After extraction on the Sentosa SX101 instrument, nucleic acid can be detected using PCR or Reverse Transcription PCR on the Rotor-Gene Q MDx 5plex HRM instrument, with the relevant Sentosa SA PCR / RT-PCR Test.
The Sentosa SX FLEXtraction Kit is used for magnetic beads-based nucleic acid extraction from virus in biological specimens (K2 EDTA whole blood, EDTA plasma, serum, swab and CSF) on the Sentosa SX101 instrument. The kit is intended for in vitro diagnostic use.
Allows nucleic acid extraction up to 96 samples.
