The Sentosa SQ OncoKey Select Panel is a comprehensive next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based assay that simultaneously detects hotspot mutations in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples.

This pan-cancer panel covers 80 genes and more than 500 mutations. Designed by scientists and clinicians, the Sentosa  SQ OncoKey Select Panel covers genes that are frequently mutated in human cancers and with demonstrated relevance for various ongoing clinical trials.

The Sentosa SQ OncoKey Select Panel is intended to be used on the Sentosa SX101 instrument in conjunction with the Sentosa SX FFPE II gDNA Kit and Sentosa SQ301 and Sentosa ST401 instruments. Up to 15 samples can be automatically processed and analysed within 2.5 days (including overnight data analysis). The Sentosa SQ OncoKey Select Panel is for research use only (RUO) and not for use in diagnostic procedures.
