OncoKey® SQ Hereditary Cancer Panel

The OncoKey SQ Hereditary Cancer Panel is a comprehensive next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based assay designed to detect hotspot mutations (single-nucleotide variants (SNVs) and insertions and deletions (indels)) from 37 targeted genes frequently mutated in human cancers.
This panel is intended to be used on the Sentosa® SX101 with Sentosa SX U-Prep Kit for buccal swab, saliva swab, whole saliva and whole blood samples in conjunction with Sentosa SQ301 and Sentosa ST401 instruments.
