Magnetic beads-based cell-free DNA (cfDNA) extraction from plasma samples
The Sentosa SX cell-free DNA (cfDNA) Kit is used to extract cfDNA from human plasma.
The extraction of cfDNA is fully automated on the Sentosa SX101 instrument and the protocol supports up to eight tests per run. The Sentosa SX cfDNA Kit utilises magnetic beads technology to extract cfDNA from plasma samples.
INTENDED USE
The Sentosa SX cfDNA Kit uses magnetic beads-based technology for cfDNA extraction from plasma samples on the Sentosa SX101 instrument.
The kit is intended for in vitro diagnostic use.
